All payments & shipping can be completed with:

Pay via invoice/ bank transfer, Master Card, Visa, Maestro, iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact, ApplePay, Klarna (Pay Later).

Payments as well as refunds for shipments will be invoiced in EURO’s. Credit cards will be debited in EURO. Due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the credit card company processes the transaction. Often, with creditcard transfers, extra security tests (3D Secure) have to be fulfilled, in order to complete the order. 3D Secure will protect a buyer’s credit card against unauthorised use when shopping online. This service enables you to validate online transactions by requesting a personal code (usually sent to your cell phone or email address as a one time PIN). delivery

Once the full payment is processed the ordered will be dispatched within 48 hours.

Parcels will be sent via local couriers, taking approximately 1 to 5 business days within the Netherlands.

International delivery fees are calculated by weight with transit of approximately 6-15 business days depending on the destination. **Delays in delivery may occur due to COVID-19**

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

ALL international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country. This is not within our control and unfortunately we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
