Return & Exchange Policy

Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 14 days. After the 14-day period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must include a copy of the delivery packing slip.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, in the same condition that you received it and with all Unified Nature labels and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

​Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Unified Nature. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at customerservices@unifiednature.com. If any item has been lost during transit, you will receive a replacement subject to availability.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund of the item(s) if they meet the refund requirements onto a credit card or the original method of payment within 3-5 working days. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. If you have not received your refund, check with your bank provider as the processing times can vary.

We ask you to email us first at customerservices@unifiednature.com to begin the return procedure.

Please include name and order number, and state which items you wish to return or exchange*.

Please make sure that your name and order number are clearly visible on or inside the package.

* You can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the date you bought it.

* Items must be in a resalable condition. Without the added tag we cannot take back any items.

* Costs for returning items are for your own account.

* Refunds are processed on Monday and Thursday.
