Are you FairTrade Certified?
We do not do our own manufacturing, we outsource this across multiple vendors and countries internationally. For us to claim Fair Trade certification on our various products, our manufacturing partners must be certified as Fair Trade. While we are currently not working with vendors that are certified Fair Trade manufacturers, we are looking into how we can add these partners to our manufacturing base in the future.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.
An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll handle that for you.
The payment didn't go through, how can I resolve this?
If you’re experiencing trouble completing your order, drop an email to email@example.com . We will be in touch within 24hours.
Can I send my order to two addresses?
No, we do not offer an option to deliver at two addresses. We would advise you to make separate orders for separate shipping locations.
Can I view the status of my order?
Yes, just log into My Account. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, view all account options, and update your account information.
Why was I charged tax?
Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the taxes that are charged – they are added in automatically and are subject to Dutch tax laws that are currently being updated.
Will I be charged right away when I place an order?
Yes, your card will be charged right away since we don’t store payment information for security purposes.
Why does my bank statement note "Mollie"?
All internet payments are made possible by Mollie. This way we are centain we can offer multiple payments options and optimal security. Your payment will be done by Mollie, who collects all payments and transfers them to Unified Nature. This is the reason why Mollie is noted on your bank statement.
What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your final purchase, than the following could have gone wrong:
– Your provider possibly scans our mailings as spam and has deleted/moved this to the spambox;
– You have made a typing error in your e-mail address;
– You have paid through an automatic direct debit, in this case it can take up to two days for your bank to approve the payment. For which reason you will receive a confirmation e-mail after. If none of the above errors apply to you or you still need help, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact email@example.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
What will my contribution for compensating CO2 emissions be used for?
Forests are vital for humanity. They provide the most important carbon storage next to oceans. They remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by turning it into solid carbon through photosynthesis and storing it in tree trunks, branches, roots, and soil.
Customers of Unified Nature can now choose climate-neutral delivery by opting-in to contribute a small fee of 0.25 euro incl. VAT for each order they place to compensate for the carbon emissions from the packaging, transport, and delivery of their items. Choosing a climate-neutral delivery is as simple as clicking one box during checkout.
What are the wash & care instructions for your garments?
Before you wash garments, turn them inside out so that the exterior of your shirt won’t rub with other clothes you put in. This also helps prevent fading. Most of our garments should be washed in cold water. This temperature is more gentle on your shirt’s fabric than hot water, and better for the environment! Segregate your clothes and group similar ones together. There are also appropriate heat settings when you iron your shirts. It may be best to start with a low setting and gradually increase as needed. This way you won’t accidentally burn the fabric or ruin then when you’re ironing. Afterwards, instead of opting to hang your shirts in your closet, fold them instead. Hanging stretches out the fabric in the long run. Fold once crosswise and tuck the sleeves towards the back to avoid forming creases. Care instructions are noted on each product page and are also listed on the garment tag.
Should I expect any shrinkage?
Alternative items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.
